How M&O Conseil was born

Two shores, one mission.

It started from a shared observation. Amine, in Geneva, saw friends lost in Algerian procedures managed remotely, in pieces, without method. Emily, settled in Algiers for four years, saw the other side of the problem. Files that dragged simply because nobody, on the ground, was following them seriously.

They've known each other for a long time. Swiss and Algerian, one in Europe, the other in Algeria, they didn't need to learn to understand the diaspora. They are part of it. M&O Conseil was born from this dual belonging. Amine leads strategy, client relations and partners in Europe and Canada. Emily executes on the ground — at the notary, at the bank, in government offices.

Who we are

Amine Soltani

Strategy and client relations
Based in Geneva, Switzerland

Swiss and Algerian, Amine holds a degree in Business Administration – Business Economics from the Haute École d'ingénierie et de gestion. Before co-founding M&O Conseil, he worked at a leading consulting firm and in project management for new-build real estate.

He leads the firm's strategy and remains your main contact, from the first call to the handover of your file. He knows your European standards, anticipates your constraints and runs the relationship with the rigour you expect from a trusted partner.

Emily Ouadahi

On-the-ground execution
Based in Algiers, Algeria

Swiss and Algerian as well, Emily has been based in Algiers since 2022. Trained in international law at the University of Geneva, she knows the inner workings of the CNRC, notaries and the Algerian administration, and handles your file on the ground, step by step.

Emily is where files are won: inside the administrations. She knows the real timelines, the key contacts and the legal shortcuts that save time.
