It started from a shared observation. Amine, in Geneva, saw friends lost in Algerian procedures managed remotely, in pieces, without method. Emily, settled in Algiers for three years, saw the other side of the problem. Files that dragged simply because nobody, on the ground, was following them seriously.
They've known each other for a long time. Swiss and Algerian, one in Europe, the other in Algeria, they didn't need to learn to understand the diaspora. They are part of it. M&O Conseil was born from this dual belonging. Amine leads strategy, client relations and partners in Europe and Canada. Emily executes on the ground — at the notary, at the bank, in government offices.

34 years old, dual Swiss-Algerian nationality. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration — Business Economics at the Haute École d'ingénierie et de gestion. Having worked at a leading consulting firm as well as in project management in new-build real estate, Amine leads M&O Conseil's strategy and remains your primary contact in Europe and Canada.
Amine understands your Swiss and European standards. He anticipates your constraints and manages your client relationship with the rigor expected from a trusted partner.

On-the-ground execution
Based in Algiers, Algeria
31 years old, dual Swiss-Algerian nationality, settled in Algiers for four years. International Law degree (UniMail). Knows the inner workings of the CNRC, notaries and Algerian administration. Executes your file on the ground, step by step.
Emily is where files get done — Algerian government offices. She knows the real timelines, key people and legal shortcuts that save time.
