These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between M&O Conseil and its clients for the support services offered.

M&O Conseil offers administrative, legal, logistical and financial support services described on each Package page of this website. These descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.

Prices are stated in euros (€), all charges included. Payment is made by bank transfer under the terms specified in the accepted contractual package. A 50% deposit is required when the contractual package is signed. Procedures begin upon receipt of the funds.

The timeframes shown on this website are indicative estimates. M&O Conseil cannot be held responsible for delays involving Algerian or consular authorities, which are beyond our control.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to submit the required documents within the agreed timeframes. Any delay attributable to the client may affect completion times.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
