Included in all three tiers: each package sets up your company from A to Z, including the notarised articles, the capital, the trade register, the legal publication, NIF, NIS, CASNOS, criminal record, business account and company seal. Only the length of the registered address, the premises search and the pace of follow-up change.
Payment by bank transfer, in two instalments: 50% at the start, 50% on handover. Nothing is charged online.

Registered address: your company's legal address, required for registration. It is enough without premises, or gives you time to find some.
Package for a SARL or an EURL, for an activity without specific approval. Above 100,000 DA of capital, the excess of the notarial scale is re-invoiced at actual cost, with no mark-up.
FAQ
Before you start
For most procedures, no: a power of attorney signed at the consulate allows us to act on your behalf. Only the bank may ask for the manager to be present.
Some banks ask the manager to come in person, as they will be the account signatory. We favour banks that accept a remote application. If a trip is still needed, we plan it with you; your travel costs remain your responsibility.
There is no longer a legal minimum capital for a SARL. We set it with you during scoping. The package covers notarial fees up to 100,000 DA of capital.
