Our tiers
The same move. You choose the level of support.
Included in all three tiers: each package searches for your housing, negotiates the lease and has it authenticated by the notary, obtains your residence certificate, registers your vehicle and opens your utilities. Only the number of viewings, the vehicle import, the subscriptions and the pace of follow-up change.
Payment by bank transfer, in two instalments: 50% at the start, 50% on handover. Nothing is charged online.

Before you start
Yes. A power of attorney signed at the consulate allows us to sign the lease, open your utilities and handle your formalities at the municipality on your behalf.
Each property is visited by our team on video, with you live. The title deed is checked before any signature.
It is issued by the municipality once the lease is signed. We prepare the file so that it is issued as soon as you arrive.
